• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. King33 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 18. Age verification may be required at any time.
• Location: King33 services are made available to players in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of King33 services is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one King33 account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including full name, identification card number, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and truthful.

Once your King33 account is successfully registered, you become a full member of our platform and are entitled to access all available services. The following outlines the responsibilities and provisions relating to your member account:

• Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your King33 account login credentials. King33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party.
• Account activity: All activity carried out through your King33 account is your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any other party who gains access to your account.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): King33 encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication for an added layer of account security. This can be done in your account settings.
• Information updates: You must notify King33 promptly of any changes to your registered personal information. Failure to do so may result in delays in transaction processing.

King33 reserves the right to suspend or investigate any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violations of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the King33 platform — whether deposits or withdrawals — are subject to the following provisions:

Withdrawal requests by King33 members are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your King33 account.
• Standard withdrawals will be processed within 15–30 minutes for regular members and 5–10 minutes for VIP members.
• King33 reserves the right to require additional verification (KYC) before processing large withdrawals.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

All transactions on King33 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). King33 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

King33 offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms of each promotion.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the specified timeframe. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stipulated period will expire automatically.
• Each bonus carries a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• The King33 Welcome Bonus of 150% up to RM 500 is available to new members on their first deposit only — one claim per account, phone number, IP address, and device.
• King33 reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.

Rollover requirement refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: RM 100 deposit + RM 150 bonus = RM 250. A 7x rollover means you must wager RM 1,750 (RM 250 × 7) before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Players suspected of using bonus arbitrage strategies or techniques that abuse the King33 bonus system will be suspended without notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.

All betting activity on King33 — covering sports betting on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, poker, slots, and Live Casino — is subject to the following rules:

• Bet settlement: The outcome of all sports bets is determined based on official results published by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute, King33's decision shall be final.
• Cancelled bets: Bets placed on markets that were opened in error or at clearly incorrect odds may be voided by King33 without notice.
• Postponed matches: Matches that are postponed or cancelled after kick-off will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the sport in question.
• Live betting: Live (in-play) bets are subject to the outcome determined at the time the bet is received and confirmed by the King33 system. There is no guarantee that bets placed during a communication disruption will be accepted.
• Bet limits: King33 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any market, match, or player at any time without notice.

Using the King33 platform for any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets automatically.
• Owning or using multiple King33 accounts.
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing anyone else to use your account.
• Any form of collusion or arrangement between players intended to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., chip dumping in poker).
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the King33 platform.
• Use of VPNs or other technologies to conceal your actual location with the intent to circumvent geo-restrictions.

• Member's own request (voluntary termination).

Prior to account termination, King33 will process the withdrawal of any legitimate remaining funds in your account, subject to the resolution of any related investigations. Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements will be considered forfeited.
